Mr. S. P. Singh is Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rajan Kapoor is General Manager of Prize. He is a BE (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering and PGDM in petroleum Exploration, with over 29 years experience in the oil industry. He has been with the refinery and marketing functions of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. as also involved with corporate strategy and planning at Headquarters. For the last 5 years, he has been involved in the upstream sector at Hindustan Petroleum and Prize petroleum.

Mr. Abhay N. Singh is Head (Commercial). He is a B.E.(Hons.) Mechanical Engg. Graduate from B.I.T.S. Pilani and also M.B.A. from I.M.I. New Delhi. He has 25 years of work experience of various fields including 18 years of experience of Oil and Gas sector, both downstream and upstream. Earlier he worked in Jubilant Oil & Gas Pvt. Ltd. and Triune Projects Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. In both these companies he proved his project management skills.

Mr. Umesh Chandra Agrawal is Company Secretary and Head (Finance). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He has over 20 years of experience of working in various aspects of Financial Management and Corporate matters in the public as well as private sector. For the last 6 years, he has been involved in the upstream sector at Prize. He has practical exposure of a wide spectrum of industries.
