Prize's strategy is to focus on the creation of value by securing producing selected assets to generate cash flow. Each Asset must have a key primary asset with proven hydrocarbons, such as an undeveloped discovery, a producing field with significant remaining potential or a marginal field with scope for redevelopment. Ideally, the primary asset should be associated with low-risk exploration blocks(category 1 basin) in India & follow-on opportunities to build a substantial business.

Our approach allows us to participate in select NELP blocks with focus on onshore with exercising of care in selection of partners. This approach supports us to develop an understanding of the subsurface and operational/commercial environment in a particular part of the Indian subcontinent. By focusing our knowledge, skills and capital, we plan to acquire discovered blocks producing proper ties to add reserves and generate revenue. Thereby we can become a key player in a chosen area, thus leveraging our data and resources while taking advantage of economies of scale, reduced competition and scope to secure follow-on business.
